Personally I found some of the "historical" comments a bit interesting, but besides that it wasn't worthwhile. The recipes weren't that great - more importantly too "complicated" for sailing life in my opinion (who wants to spend an hr or mo|From the Publisher|Pen & ink drawings and hand lettered text embellish every page of this little gem.
