Pros: This book contains the secret formulas to some of the best Latin food in the world.

This cookbook is a collection of favorites from the Turtle Bay Taqueias, the Fishwife Seafood Restaurants, and the former El Cocodrilo Rotisserie and Seafood Grill. It's a celebration of the food of the American tropics-Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean - with special emphasis on those food items that were originally cultivated in the Western Hemisphere.
