Based on the description and size ( 500+ pages) of the book I was expecting information about regional Azerbaijan foods and food culture. There is one small map and if you didn't already know that Azerbaijan is nested between Russian and Iran you'd need a magnifying glass to spot it on the map provide|About the Author|
